Senior Safety tool kit

Help raise awareness about financial crime and inform seniors, people with disabilities and others who receive federal benefits about how to safeguard their money and identity with direct deposit and Go Direct.

Below are tools you can download to promote financial safety with direct deposit.

  • Senior Safety Program – Provides a short overview of easy ways to get involved in Go Direct. 
  • Talking points – Include these key messages in presentations, workshops or meetings.
  • Newsletter article – A brief article to include in your organization’s communications vehicles announcing your partnership with Go Direct and highlighting reasons seniors should sign up for direct deposit.
  • PowerPoint slides – These provide key information about direct deposit and Go Direct and can be incorporated into your organization’s existing presentations. 
  • Public Service Announcement (PSA) radio script – A 30- and 60-second radio PSA script template for local police departments, elected officials or any organization wishing to sponsor a PSA about preventing financial crime against seniors.
  • Web banner – A colorful graphic to post on your Web site that links to www.GoDirect.org. 
  • Web site text – A brief message to include on your Web site about the benefits of direct deposit and Go Direct.
  • Senior Safety statement message – A short message about senior safety to incorporate into your monthly statements to customers or members, explaining how to enroll in direct deposit.
