Consolidated Edison Company of New York (Con Edison), the electric service provider for New York City and most of Westchester County, included information about the Treasury Department's electronic federal benefit payments requirement in the January/February issue of its Customer News publication, which is mailed with statements to more than 3 million customers.

Con Edison also included an article about the Go Direct campaign in the winter edition of Spotlight, a newsletter sent to more than 90,000 seniors and people with disabilities enrolled in its CONCERN Program.
